What is saved
Cloudflare D1 stores your property details, proposed offer terms, review notes you enter, finalized terms, and your records of acceptance and closing. Reads of full transaction details and updates check the signed-in owner. Your assigned realtor organization can see your name, email, transaction IDs, and creation dates. Howzer staff can assign direct customer signups to a realtor organization.
What leaves the workspace
The current transaction flow does not send your terms to AI providers, listing services, professionals, sellers, or signing providers. Listing URLs are saved as references, not fetched. Recording a review does not contact a professional; recording acceptance does not sign or deliver an agreement.
Contract-review assistant
When a realtor chooses to check a contract, the pasted text goes to OpenAI through Cloudflare AI Gateway. We request no gateway logging or caching, provider zero data retention, and no stored OpenAI response. Provider retention still depends on the gateway and provider configuration; we do not promise universal zero retention. Howzer saves the review, its quoted excerpts, a source fingerprint, and model and usage records in Cloudflare D1, not the full pasted contract. Current members of the paid organization can read those reviews. Contract text and review output are not written to application logs. Only submit material you have permission to share, and remove unnecessary sensitive information. Contact support for deletion.
Account and recovery
Cloudflare hosts account data and sends password recovery email. Recovery messages contain a one-use link, not your transaction terms. No transaction contents are logged by the transaction handlers.
Earlier manuscript records
Records from the previous service have not been deleted by this transition. Previously queued reads may finish. In that service, OpenAI processes manuscript sections, and Anthropic processes reader notes, summaries, comparisons, and follow-up context; Anthropic requests may be retained for up to 30 days. Those providers are not used by the HOWZER transaction flow. Contact support for access or deletion of earlier records.
