Account and transaction information
We store your name, email, hashed password, and sign-in sessions. Security records may include IP addresses, browser information, and timestamps. We store the property details, offer terms, professional feedback, and transaction milestones you enter to provide your workspace.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the application, database, account security, and recovery email. The current transaction workspace does not send transaction terms to AI providers. See data handling for the current flow and retained records from the earlier service.
Cookies and access
We use cookies for sign-in, security, and remembering the realtor link you arrived through, and browser storage for interface preferences. Customer signup creates a lead. Your assigned realtor organization can see your name, email, and transaction IDs and creation dates so it can help you. Direct signups are assigned by Howzer staff. Offer terms and professional notes remain restricted to the owning account.
Your choices
Contact seth@thecomputerplumbers.com from your account email for access, correction, or deletion requests. We retain saved records to operate your workspace until deletion is requested and processed, subject to necessary security, billing, and legal records. We do not sell your transaction information.
