Your workspace
You are responsible for the accuracy of property details, proposed terms, feedback, and milestones you enter. Keep copies of your agreements outside HOWZER. You must have permission to store the information you provide and must not abuse the service or access another account’s information.
Preparation and records
Offer checks identify missing or inconsistent fields. They are not an appraisal, legal opinion, or verification of a listing. A finalized HOWZER summary is not a signed purchase agreement. Recording acceptance or closing records your statement that the event happened externally; it does not perform that event.
External services
Listing import, AI guidance, professional booking, and electronic signatures are not currently connected. No professional review fee is collected in the current transaction flow. Use your chosen qualified professionals and appropriate agreements for your transaction.
Prior purchases and support
The product transition does not automatically cancel subscriptions from the previous service. Manage those through support and billing. Contact us with receipts for duplicate charges or purchases we could not fulfill. Existing consumer rights are unaffected.
Availability
We cannot promise uninterrupted access. HOWZER does not currently send deadline reminders; maintain your own calendar and verify dates against your signed contract. Contact support about service or account issues.
